Every record is de-identified before it leaves processing. Names, emails, numbers and anything that points to a customer or employee are replaced with placeholders.

Labs don't need to know who the customer was. They need to see how the request was handled: the tone, the policy check and the outcome. That survives de-identification intact.
Buyers only see redacted samples before purchase, and you can pull out at any point before a sale.

- Redacted samples and summary counts. Full records only change hands once a deal is agreed.
- What stays yours
- Your business, your original files and ownership of the data. Buyers license a copy; the source never leaves you.
- What's never included
- Passwords, payment details and anything you mark off-limits. Personal details are stripped before any review.
- Who does the heavy lifting
- We handle setup, cleaning and packaging. Set aside about 2–3 hours of your time for checks along the way.
- What you sign off on
- Exactly which data is included, how it can be used and any limits, all written into your agreement before anything is listed.
- When the money lands
- Payment timing is set out in your agreement. Listing your data doesn't guarantee a sale, and we'll always tell you straight.
